1 Queen or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). Large bedroom furnished with two twin beds. Double-sized closet, ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. Located in the top-front section of the house, it has its own private balcony.

Living Room

1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Large and comfortable sofa bed located in the living room, on the main floor of the house.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded.

Policies

• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
