• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The home is within easy walking distance of a grocery store, and is just a short drive to about five restaurants/bars, tennis courts, two watersport shops, the Botanical Gardens, and ferry service to the Hyatt Regency Hotel and the famous Seven Mile Beach.
• Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. This unit is right on the ocean. Far Tortuga on North Side Beach, is situated in one of the best areas for snorkeling.
The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel, 50% of your rent will be refunded if the unit is re-rented.
