Our spacious two story Cayman rental villa is located in the tranquil residential and resort community of Cayman Kai, Rum Point on the north shore of Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. You will receive a 25% credit on a booking made within one year if you cancel anytime.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Add 4.5% if paying by credit card.
A deposit equal to 50% of the total stay is required within seven (7) business days to confirm the reservation. Final payment is due sixty (60) days (ninety (90) days for Winter reservations) prior to departure date.
Cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of 20% of the total rental cost. Cancellations received sixty (60) days or less prior to departure date are subject to a 35% charge. Cancellations received thirty (30) days or less prior to departure are non-refundable. High Season/Peak Season cancellations are generally non-refundable but can be transferred to future stays, availability permitting.

- Check in after 3:00PM and check out before 11:00AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.

- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
