• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Private sand beach, calm ocean protected by barrier reef, excellent snorkeling right off the shore from the condo. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: Water sports and other activities within a short drive from the condo.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 20 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
