Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 2 nights rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Summer deposit is one week if renting by the week; one month if by the month. Rentals by the month require a one month security deposit.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20 percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
