Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 1 nights rent.
Booking is confirmed with a payment of 1 nights rental at time of booking / non refundable. Balance id due 60 days prior to arrival in full.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, payments (less percent) are refunded if the property is re-rented.
A 1 night deposit is required for all bookings to confirm rental / non refundable. Balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival and is non refundable unless we are able to re-rent the unit. A refund in the amount we are able to re-rent the unit for will be made.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 7 days of departure.
