This comfortable villa with its own swimming pool is ideally located for exploring the famous towns and villages of Mougins, Grasse and Cannes. It stands in a residential area on the edge of Mouans-Sartoux, a pretty town of tiny flower-decked streets, colourful houses, and shady squares, just a short drive from the coast. One of a pair, it is furnished in typical Provencal style and boasts an attractive, totally enclosed lawned garden, with its own large, fenced swimming pool, complete with outdoor summer kitchen and barbecue. There are shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive, while close at hand are Mougins with its old town, fountains and automobile museum, Grasse with its perfume factories, and the old port of Cannes, offering boat trips and summer firework displays. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
