French windows open onto a colourful terrace with views over the countryside. There is shared use of a half court tennis, boules court and swimming pool. At the foot of the nearby village of Auribeau, one of the most picturesque sites of the Alpes Maritimes, is the Siagne river. This is an excellent spot for exploring with many pretty villages close by, whilst the more lively towns of Grasse and Cannes are within driving distance. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
