Situated up in the hills between Grasse and Lac Cassien, this detached villa offers complete peace and has uninterrupted views of the forests and hills from all terraces, windows and the pool. The property is a 1km drive up from the main through road, along windy lanes in a cul de sac with two other private villas. Total tranquility is possible, but also 2km away is a small mall including a supermarket and restaurant. The bustling old town of Grasse is a short drive away and the coastal towns of Cannes and Antibes are easily accessible. This light, cool, modern villa has a gated entrance and the terraces and pool are all enclosed with private wooded area outside the fencing. One double bedroom opens out onto a private terrace, and the other two double bedrooms have large windows with fantastic views.The lounge area has a large corner sofa and patio doors overlooking the terrace and pool with the hills as a backdrop and the dining area opens onto a covered terrace for al fresco meals. The pool area is fenced and has decking with lounging and dining furniture (please note that it is an infinity pool and care must be take with children). Private swimming pool . Washing machine. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
