On the outskirts of the busy and interesting town of Grasse, this charming property occupies the entire ground floor of a villa, and has its own private swimming pool. It is decorated in simple Provencal style, with tiled floors throughout, and is both cosy and comfortable. French windows open on to a large terrace, running the full length of the villa. The pool is surrounded by ample sunbathing areas, and a summer kitchen with barbecue makes for easy poolside dining. The villa is well situated for exploring Grasse, with its perfume factories and delightful old town, as well as the area s many charming villages, including historic Chateauneuf-Grasse with its panoramic views, and medieval Mougins, beloved of artists. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
