1 Queen Bed. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. It has a lovely white four poster bed, dressing table and side tables with lamps and mirrors. Also a fan. The views to the hills and the sea are stunning. All bedrooms have high ceilings, and wooden shutters at the windows. The floor is stripped oak and a jute area rug. The room is decorated in whites and blue, with a spacious and light feeling.
1 King Bed. This lovely bedroom has a huge 7 ft by 7 ft bed, large fan, stripped oak floors,white area rugs and is decorated in cool whites and blue. It has a cupboard, a dresser,a fan, side tables and hair dryer. The view is out to the garden and olive grove, and it is very quiet.
1 Queen Bed. This lovely bedroom has high ceilings, as do all the rooms. There are great views to the sea, the pool and the old town of Grasse in the distance. It has two side tables, a dressing table, cupbboard, fan and a stereo/CD player.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower and hair dryer.
Bathroom 2 has toilet and shower.
The house has sweeping views down to the sea and gorgeous views to the old town of Grasse. We have a 180 degrees of uninterrupted views, to the hills and beyond.
There is a large sunbathing area, with a hammock for siestas. There is outdoor garden lighting for balmy summer outdoor eating. Large boiler provides masses of hot water. Private garden within an olive grove, fig trees and other shade trees. Yard is with lawn, rosemary, and lavender, jasmine and scented flowers. All the house has modern wiring and plumbing. Because of the high ceilings in all the rooms, there is always a spacious feeling about the house.Please note the pool has no shallow end and not suitable for weak swimmers or small children.It does have lovely built in steps into the water.This elegant villa ,perched on a hillside and surrounded by giant olive trees, is a short walk from Grasse town. Warm bread and fresh vegetables can be bought daily from the small shops in the centre of Grasse.Our villa has panoramic views to the sea and views to the old town.
• Nice airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. Nice International airport is a 30 minute drive away, Cannes train station is 20 minutes away where the TGV arrives from Paris.
There is a local train service to Grasse from Cannes and Nice.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. The Bus stop into town is 3 minutes walk.
The train station is a 5 minute drive down the hill.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 5 golf course(s) nearby. There are 5 excellent 18 hole courses within 20 minutes drive! Also tennis on hard courts available 10 minute drive away.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is fine skiing at Greolieres in the Alpes Maritimes, a 50 minute drive away.Also Isola 2000 and limone in Italy, are 2 hour drive. Rentals of all equipment at resort. Also good skiing at Limone and Isola 2000 which are both 2 hours away and more challenging in their runs.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 10 minute(s). There are excellent restaurants and supermarkets in Grasse town and surrounding area. Great boutiques in Cannes and a big Mall in Nice, just 30 minutes away by car.
• Beach is located within a 25 minute(s) drive. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a dock. Cannes, St. Tropez and Monaco beaches are all in driving distance. The closest and the best beach is at CANNES. This lovely beach and elegant resort is a 20 Minute drive away. You will find restaurants on the beach as well as sun loungers and parasols for hire. All water sports are catered for. Lovely conditions for sailing and water skiing are available. The fine sunny beaches are 15 minute drive down the hill. Boat, laser and catamaran hire. Water skiing, wake boarding available. Great beach restaurants, showers, boutiques all on the beach. Also, for hire: loungers and parasols. Fishing also possible. Many beaches to choose from in nearby Cannes, St. Tropez and Monte Carlo. The best swimming beach is in Cannes, 25 minutes away, where there is a choice of sandy beaches, with parasols, loungers and restaurants.
• Nearby Attractions: There is go carting nearby, great walks in the hills behind the house also. The jet skiing and sailing is 25 minutes away in Cannes. You can swim in the sea, or ski in the hills near Grasse.
There are 5 golf courses nearby, 20 minute drive away.
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. You will receive a 50% credit on a future booking if you cancel 45 or more days prior. Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash Damage deposit can be paid on arrival and will be returned 2 weeks after rental.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 5.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Optional pool heat is available for $70 per week. For stays longer than 7 nights pool heat is charged using daily rate.
