You will be in the heart of the city, on a very quiet street, 2 steps away from Louvre Museum and Palais Royal Gardens, in the safest Parisian area. The apartment is at 5th floor (elevator up to the 4th floor).
It is suitable for up to 4 guests. It is a duplex apartment: an internal staircase gets to the mezzanine where it is romantic bedroom under the roof with a wasistas window over the double bed. Downstairs there are living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Coffeemaker, cooking utensils. The bathroom has shower cabin, lavabo, WC, towel dryer, hair dryer.

    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Rental Conditions: Reservation - Once you have chosen the apartment and verified the availability, you may fill out the cases of the “Reservation Inquiry Form” indicating your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, the dates for your stay, and the number of persons of your party. Booking: Deposit Payment - The Euro is the only accepted currency. Rental Balance Payment and Refundable Security Deposit: In principle, the rental balance and the refundable security deposit shall be paid by credit card at latest 4 days or by bank transfer (For EU Citizens only) at latest 10 days before the arrival date. In some particular cases, we accept this payment cash on the arrival upon previous request. The refundable security deposit will be refunded at latest within 72 hours after the departure.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
