This charming apartment is situated in Rue Vaneau, in the 7th district, between the fancy Saint-Germain des Prs and lively Montparnasse neighbourhoods, close the Rue res, well known because of many fashionable clothes boutiques and Le Bon March, the best department stores in Paris. The entry is through a private flourished courtyard. Coming into the apartment we have an elegant veranda, which is part of a nice and bright living room. On one side of the living room, there is a bedroom, on the other side a study.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Travelers Cheques
    Rental Conditions: Reservation - Once you have chosen the apartment and verified the availability, you may fill out the cases of the “Reservation Inquiry Form” indicating your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, the dates for your stay, and the number of persons of your party. Booking Deposit Payment: The Euro is the only accepted currency. Rental Balance Payment and Refundable Security Deposit - In principle, the rental balance and the refundable security deposit shall be paid by credit card at latest 4 days or by bank transfer (For EU Citizens only) at latest 10 days before the arrival date. In some particular cases, we accept this payment cash on the arrival upon previous request. The refundable security deposit will be refunded at latest within 72 hours after the departure.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
