The apartment is located in the rue Picardie, few steps away from the Square du Temple, the trendy shops of rue du Bretagne and the Market of the Red Children (Le Marché des Enfants Rouge), the oldest food market in Paris. You can also take a stroll to Picasso Museum, the Cirque d'hiver, the Place des Vosges, the Opera Bastille or to the Centre Georges Pompidou.

• Charles de Gaulle Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. 35 minutes by taxi and 50 minutes by public transport from CDG airport to the apartment;
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). A 3 minutes walk to the main street where there is plenty of shops and restaurants.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

Rental General Conditions-1 Nov 2006 1.RESERVATIONS After verifying availability , fill out the "Reservation" form with your name, address, telephone #, e-mail address, dates for your stay, & number of persons. 2.DEPOSIT PAYMENT We must receive booking deposit for your reservation corresponding to 30% of total cost of the rental. Your reservation will be accepted and reserved in your name only when your deposit is received. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal. The €uro is the only accepted currency. 3.BALANCE PAYMENT The balance must be paid at the latest cash on the arrival or at 7 days prior the arrival by credit card, Bank transfer or Paypal. 4. PRICE The price includes: > Household linen, dishes and electrical appliances. > Costs of water, real estate and residence taxes. Consumption of electricity is included for rentals of less than 4 weeks. > Personal

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 50.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20 euros/hour.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
