American-style kitchen with a microwave,oven,electric burners,fridge,coffee machine and all utensils to cook and to set a table. Sufficient dishes and crockery are provided for a family.Dishwasher. Washing machine.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The bedroom has a highest quality latex mattress on wooden slats. Very large double glazed window that looks out on the courtyard on the side of the building. Ample storage space. Teak wood floor.

quality mattress on wooden slats 140/200.
Bathroom 1 has shower, hair dryer and one basin.
The apartment has four large windows, one looking the street and the others a small pedestrian passage to a very cute rose garden with a tree in front of the bedroom's window. All windows have secure bars.
The building dates from the XVIII century . There is a digicode and intercom security system. The apartment has been recently renovated with teck parquet floor, nice white painted walls and large double-glazing windows to provide a lot of calm.
This apartment is located in Haut-Marais which is one of the most prestigious residential neighbourhoods of Paris, just a few steps away from the Centre Pompidou (Beaubourg Cultural Center) and the Picasso Museum which boasts of the most important collection of Picasso in the world. The beautiful Place des Vosges where renowned French writer Victor Hugo used to live is also a short walk from this place. Further down is Rue de Bretagne, a typical Parisian street with traditional bakeries, fresh grocery markets, cheese and wine shops, nice restaurants and cafés, for a complete Parisian experience.

• By taxi 40 minutes to Charles de Gaulle Airport. About one hour and thirty minutes from De Gaulle by public transportation. The nearest metro station is Chemin Vert on line 8.
Airport Shuttle may be arranged from and to the airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 90 minute(s). Various golf courses may be found around Paris.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). For visitors who wish to explore Paris on foot, this is an excellent
point from which to do so, for the marvelous Marais includes the
Place des Vosges, often considered as one of the prettiest squares
in Paris, the Picasso Museum, the Carnavalet Museum, the Centre
Pompidou and of course the Louvre.
From your doorstep, around 5 minutes on foot, you are also at the
Seine River, crossing onto the Islands to visit Notre Dame and the
Ile Saint Louis. All major attractions in the center of Paris are
thus within walking distance, including the Latin Quarter near
Notre Dame.
The Marais is the oldest historical district in Paris and it has
recently become very popular.
This area is alive with charming cafés, restaurants, parks, designer
shops in rue des Francs Bourgeois and wonderful food stores all
nearby.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques (only in euros)

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
