1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Hard and comfortable.
1 Queen Couch (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Air Mattress (sleeps 2). If needed, the air mattress can be provided to accommodate up to 6 occupants(for a cost). We are warning however that except for a small child, the unit will be crowded above an occupancy of 4 people.
Bathroom 1 has bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet and no basins.

- Roissy Airport is within a 45 minute(s) drive.
- Transit: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). Type of transit is Metro. . It has 4 Metro Station (Opera, Saint Lazare, Chaussee d’Antin, Lafayette), 2 RER stations (Auber, Saint Lazare), and 1 Trains Station (Saint Lazare) within 5 minutes walking of the apartment. Plus countless bus stops in the area. There is a direct bus "Roissybus" that goes directly from any Roissy terminals to the Garnier Opera and the apartment is about 100 yards from the bus stop. Costs about 9 euros.
- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Shopping : Ah!!! You are in the heart of it. Paradise for shoppers is the area of the Grands Magasins. Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, Passage du Havre, FNAC, etc, etc. You are in one of the best shopping area in the world.
Grocery stores: Good quality and prices in Monoprix. Just in front of the apartment is also Lafayette Gourmet, it is delicious but very expensive.
Pressing: From the street door turn left, first street turn left again and immediately right. Walk about 50 yards on the left is a pressing. The lady there does dry cleaning but also regular laundry and you can leave it all to her- she will wash, dry, iron, and fold for you.
- Nearby Attractions: We have included all kinds of tourist information. Travel agencies: The French Railroad SNCF has a very convenient store on the monoprix street near the RER station. They speak English and would do everything for you. Also close by is the Saint Lazare train station with even more info and the trains. On the avenue de l’Opera in front of the Opera are countless travel agencies that could organize about everything for you. Day Trips from Paris:
Reims and its Champagne and amazing Cathedral; Deauville and its pretty architecture and beaches; Day beaches (many tours are available) in Normandy; Mont Saint Michel in Normandy. Chateaux de la Loire around Tours. Near Paris don’t miss Château de Versailles, Giverny, Vincennes, and Eurodisney.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. - No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No housekeeping is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of 50 euros off may be provided.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
