    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - PayPal - Email Money Transfer - Western Union
    Payments must be net of transfer fees.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 12:00 AM and check out before 10:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25 euros a day.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
