Full natural wood suite with night side tables, lamps, bureau and mirror, reading lamp, chair and ottoman, television, walk in closet, attached private entry bathroom, glass sliding doors to deck with lake view. Comfortable bedding and pillows. 1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Air Mattress (sleeps 1). The living room is a large comfortable room adjoining the dining area. It has a corner gas fireplace and large view window looking out towards the lake.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

The view from the sundeck to the left, is of the Okanagan River as it leaves Skaha lake. To the right you can see the South shoreline of Skaha Lake and the beach parks.

A 'complex' is either a condo, walled community, lodge, apartment or townhouse development.

• Penticton Airport is within a 15 minute(s) drive. The airport is a short drive North on Highway 97 towards Penticton.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 6 golf course(s) nearby.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Apex Resort is a short scenic drive into the mountains above Penticton. It has downhill and cross-country skiing in the winter and mountain biking and hiking in the summer.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). There is a small shopping mall with a good sized IGA grocery store with deli bakery and butcher. The famous Ticklebearies Ice Cream Store is only a 3 minute drive away and there is great home-cooked dining close by in the Falls, 2 minutes away. Fine dining and entertainment galore can be found in Penticton just 12-15 minutes away.
• The unit is River front.
• Nearby Attractions: Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a moorage float/anchor. The complex is situated on a lake front park and river front walkway/bike trail. There is boat access to the side of the complex, where boats can be tied up safely on shore or canoes and kayaks can be pulled up. There is a choice of great sandy swimming beach parks within a few hundred meters. There are two beautiful sandy beaches adjacent to the condo property with great swimming and picnic facilities. The condo property has boat access on the river channel and a large fish pond, park and walking path on the lakeside. There is a wonderful hike and bike trail along the lake shore, starting at the side of our complex. It has a trestle near by that is great for fishing and swimming from.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of $100 will apply. A fee of $25 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
