    Located right on scenic Okanagan Lake in the small community Summerland, the home (kitchen, living room and deck) has views to the north, east and south across the lake. In the evening you can view the lights of Naramata on the east side of the lake.

    Iron and ironing board, patio table and chairs. There is a picnic table and firepit on the beach. A Public park area with a boat launch, children's water spray deck and playground are nearby.

    Distances
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There are many golf courses, from beginner to professional, in the immediate area - 15 minutes to 1 hour.
    • From lower Summerland to downtown is 5 minutes, Penticton 15 minutes and Kelowna 30 minutes. The walk to downtown Summerland is 25 minutes (uphill). A beach front restaurant, the Summerland Yacht Club and an ice cream shop are within a 10 minute walk.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. This lakefront house is within 100 feet of the lake on a level lot. Two kayaks, some life jackets, horseshoes and horeshoe pit and a dining tent.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less $100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 8:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
