Our yard is situated directly across the street from the Penticton Safety Village, kids playground, and a large park/ball field. Our home is surrounded by large maple and evergreen trees, and located within walking distance to downtown, IGA, coffee shops, restaurants, and Penticton Plaza which has a Safeway store and government liquor store.

4 b/r home in central Penticton  waterfall and fishpond  night time view of waterfall and fishpond   Courtyard at front, with TV, VCR, chimney and BBQ. Courtyard again, our favourite place to be in the evenings. Private backyard with hot tub, patio furniture, & 2nd BBQ. 
Kitchen, even has the kitchen sink. Eating area, off kitchen. Family room, TV,VCR,DVD, surround sound, stereo equip.  Sun room at front, has TV,VCR,DVD, gas fireplace. Foyer/dining room at front. One of several beaches in Penticton (6 am)

    We have a newly constructed waterfall and fishpond in our front yard. Our home is situated directly across the street from the Penticton Safety Village, a kids playground, and a large park/ball field. Our home is surrounded by large maple and evergreen trees.
    More Information
    We have a private backyard, 20 x 70 ft, all stamped cement, patio furniture, surrounded by a 6 ft high cedar fence. The front yard has a courtyard, again all stamped cement, with chimney, 27inch TV, and VCR, and a nice view, great for a peaceful evening. Please note that our pet cat "might" be visiting throughout your stay. We also have Shaw phone system which means you get "FREE UNLIMITED" calling anywhere within Canada and USA anytime of the day. ENJOY!!! We also have recently built a waterfall and fishpond in our front yard. Please check out our photos.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed. A deposit/fee of 10.00/pet/stay will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
