All walls inside and out are plastered in cheerful colors for an authentic Mexican feel. The home is also accented with stained pine and wrought Iron. Beautiful Tuscan stone archways encompass doorways, the eating bar and counter tops. The yard is spacious and decorated with terracotta potted flowers. There is a shaded patio perfect for an outside eating area and BBQ's. There is also access to the owners neighboring pool and hot tub.

    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $30 per day.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
