Bed Summary

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Beautiful room decorated in blue and white colours. The view of the lake is absolutely stunning, you can view bald eagles and watch the sailing boats from your comfortable bed or from the adjacent large deck. It's like being on a cruise ship, all you see is the lake and surrounding mountains. The full en-suite bathroom is also decorated in blue and white colours.

Bedroom

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This room is decorated in green and mauve tones. You can view a beautiful vineyard, the lake and Crescent Beach from your bed and the adjacent deck. The en-suite full bathroom is decorated in mauve and green colours. Sit on your deck while enjoying your morning coffee and take in the view.

Bedroom

1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Roll Away (sleeps 1). This is the largest room with two twin beds or 1 king size bed. The room is large enough to place a rollaway bed in it. The room in king size mode is decorated in black and gold and when in twin size mode it has pink/red and green colours. This room also overlooks the vineyard, lake and Crescent Beach. This room also has an en-suite full bathroom which is decorated in gold and green colours. From your deck you can watch the grapes grow!

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 3 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

View

The view of the unit is absolutely stunning! From every window in your unit you can view the lake and mountains. You can watch the eagles soar, the sailing boats go by and enjoy the birds singing.

The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is large pebbles. There is a dock. The dock is private. There is room for 1 boats. Our guests can use our private dock or drive to the marina for storing their boat. There is a steep path on the property that leads down to the dock and beach. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
Nearby Attractions: Summerland has several attractions to offer, the Kettle Valley Steam Train, several wonderful sandy beaches and a waterpark for the little ones. The Art Centre is located in the centre of Summerland. There are also great trails for hiking, walking and biking. There are several events and festivals planned throughout the year.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 6.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
