Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Email Money Transfer
The 25% deposit is to be submitted via PayPal to secure the booking. Note: The security deposit will be refunded via PayPal by default unless requested otherwise. Once the security deposit transaction occurs through PayPal, it is considered to be returned to the guest and it is no longer the responsibility of the owner to provide assistance with the transaction. It is the guest's responsibility to have read all policies and conditions provided when booking the unit. The security deposit will be returned once the home is inspected and deemed to be in satisfactory condition (using a checklist).

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $50 will apply.
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
