    • Vancouver International Airport (YVR), is approximately a 20 minute drive.
    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). UBC Public Golf Course is about 10 minutes by car. Several other public city links are all within 20 minutes to half an hour by car. A great many first rate courses are within a 1 1/2 hour radius.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The North Shore Mountains, Cypress Bowl, Grouse and Mt. Seymour are well less than an hours drive to the parking lots. Whistler/Blackcomb is about 2 hours away, as is Mt. Baker in Washington State.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Trendy Kitsilano District boutique shopping and a wide variety of excellent restaurants are all within, easy, safe walking distance.
    • Jericho Beach is 7 blocks away. Kitsilano Beach is 15 blocks away. Jerhicho offers the sailing center, where you can dine on the deck with a spectacular view and fine diner food, rent a kayak, windsurfer or small sail boat. There are many beach volley ball courts. The beach front promenade walking/cycling path is about a 5 kilometer round trip. City beaches are 7 and 15 blocks away
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, payments (less 300) are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Diners Club - Travelers Cheques
    Actual Cancellation Policy Information: We operate on a 30 day cancellation policy. Reservations not cancelled 30 days prior to the proposed check in date, will be billed the full stay, total amount. If we are able to sell the time, or part of it, to another party, those proceeds can be refunded. The maximum amount is up to the cost of your own reservation, less a minimum, one night's stay equivalent, hold back to recover costs.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
