    All of the rent is required (immediately) to complete the booking. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 65.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
