High quality bed lines, 500TC cotton only, extra pillows, goose down duvet for winter and lighter version for summer. Throw is supplied to cozy up for quiet evenings.

    1 Single Pull Out (sleeps 1). Den is actually a study with a contemporary writing/working desk, original artwork and ottoman that turns into a pull out bed that sleeps one if required. High quality bed linen always crispy clean.
    Living Room
    1 Single Couch (sleeps 1). Living room has a very comfortable sectional sofa which could sleep one if pillows removed and if required. High end furnishings with original artwork, gas fireplace and amazing views of marina. 37" LCD TV with complete audio/video system and surround sound.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    For monthly rentals only, security deposit is 1/2 of the month's rent. Damage deposit is only cashed-in in case of an actual damage. For reservations for period of August 1st-19th 2008, we will accept payment policy as follows: 100% payment required to complete the booking, if you cancel 3 days or more prior to arrival payments will be refunded.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • A maximum of 1 pet is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
