Payments
Booking Cancellation:
Payments are refunded only when the property is re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 25 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 10 days prior to arrival.
Security deposit will be returned within 2-3 days after departure and inspection of premises.

Cash, Direct Bank Deposit, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) , Travelers Cheques
