    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (45 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Cash
    NOTE: Please be advised that there is a surcharge for public holidays, New Years and Christmas holiday periods.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of $10.00 per day per dog will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
