    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Discover Card - Cash
    If payment is being made by cheque we require this payment 40 days before arrival.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 80.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
