Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union Guests are responsible for full payment for the entire rental period: A $225 CAD Deposit being due within 5 days of booking, 50% of the rent being due 30 days prior to occupancy and the balance due on arrival. Payments must be made by Accepted Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard), money order, Paypal (4% Surcharge for PayPal or Cash on arrival. If Guests cancels the reservation after it has been confirmed, the Owner will make every attempt to re-book the reservation. If the reservation is re-booked at the same rate, We will refund 65% of the Total funds paid. If the reservation cannot be re-booked the moneys paid may not be return *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
