    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). We are just off 4th Avenue, the funkiest shopping and dining area in town.
    • Ocean is located less than 1 minute away. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is sand and rocks. There are two 'pocket' beaches directly in front of our house (<50 feet). Kits Beach, Vancouver's version of California's Venice Beach (long, gradual slope, fine sand, beach side restaurants), is 6 minutes walk.
    • Nearby Attractions: Tennis courts across street. Children's park (with stream) across street. Granville Island (fish, art, fashion and theatre) is 5 minutes drive.
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with the owner) is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
