Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub w/ jets, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

- Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Shopping and dining are all within walking distance
- Nearby Attractions: Within a few minutes walk you will encounter: Stanley Park and the Vancouver Aquarium, The Seawalk where you can stroll to the Vancouver Conference Centre and all of its attractions, Robson and Denman Streets, both renowned for their shops and restaurants, the Business District and Downtown Vancouver, and Gastown. The beaches of English Bay are about 15 - 20 minutes walking or a quick and glorious bike ride through the park. The surrounding area also provides all manner of supplies and amenities, such as bike and boat rentals, fishing charters, harbour tours, grocery and convenience stores.
10% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments are refunded if re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
