    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Discover Card - Travelers Cheques
    I have my own US Merchant account and virtual processor. I also have PayPal.com in CDN dollars.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 18 years old.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
