Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport is within a 15 minute(s) drive. By metro the trip takes just under 1 hour. The metro is a 7 minute walk.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). We are in between 3 major shopping districts, Pagrati Square, Kolonaki Square and Syntagma Square. The closest is around the corner and runs for about 8 blocks. One side of the street is a pedestrian zone lined with outdoor cafes and restaurants (enclosed in glass during the winter months), the other side has stores, movie theaters and more restaurants. Around the corner is a supermarket, green grocer, dry cleaner, pharmacy, and much more.
Take the tram to the coast and spend a day at the beach. Better yet, within an hour and a half you can be on one of the nearby islands.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 11:00AM.
Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 200.00/pet will apply.
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00PM and 8:00AM.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
