1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Comfortable master bedroom with lots of closet storage and air-conditioning for warm nights. Antique crotcheted covers for the bed and the night tables contribute to a romantic old-world atmosphere. Lots of storage available in the built-in cupboards which also contains replacement sheets and blanket.
2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). Two comfortable single beds and two nighttables are all you need in this tastefully decorated bedroom. The bult-in closet provides lots of storage as well as additional sheets.
1 Single Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Twin Futon Bed (sleeps 1). This bedroom includes a comfortable single bed as well as a captain's bed that has an undernneath storage area full of children's toys. The built-in closet provides lots of storage as well as additional sheets.
1 Double Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). In this spacious living room a new sofa opens up to become a comfortable double bed.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 200 will apply.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
