Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower and one basin.
The apartment is in the 5th floor. There is a lift.
There is a double bed in back room with side tables
and in the front sitting room two seater sofa which can open as double bed.
Total 4 people can sleep comfortably.
There is a small kitchen and bathroom which are accessed from the good size entrance hall.
All the furniture, linen and kitchen equipment are brand new (2005).
In the sitting room there is wall mounted air conditioning system,
21" TV as well as a coffee table.
Bedroom (2.45mx3.40m) has window/door leading to the small balcony
and sitting room (3.05mx3.40m) double door to closed terrace (4.60mx1.80m)
with double door to small balcony.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

- Smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
