The apartment is at the 1st floor of a two floor house and
it has secure parking for three cars.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

- Smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
- Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
