Characteristic barn (62 m2) completely restructured and transformed into a pleasant holiday home in the Chianti hills. Peaceful position. Beautiful view over the countryside with the castle of Vicchiomaggio in the background. Within the enclosed grounds is an equipped grassy area. Parking . The owner s house is 50 m away and is only inhabited occasionally.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr.fl: living /dining room (satellite TV) with fireplace, kitchen corner (oven, dishwasher) and double divan bed, small laundry room. 1st floor: gallery in the living room with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower. The whole room is characterised by an enormous arch window. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.
LOCATION: 4 km from Greve (all kinds of shops and characteristical market every Saturday), 10 km from the Ugolino golf course, 20 km from Florence.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
