Ancient rural complex consisting of the villa and its annexes. From the recent recovery of the part adjacent to the villa, 5 apartments have been created. The Castellaccio is situated in a pretty and panoramic position, only about 500 m from the town of Lucolena (grocery shops). The excellent position of the complex, besides being immersed in the peace and quiet of the countryside, offers the possibility of easily and quickly reaching many towns and cities. Shared: equipped outdoor areas and swimming pool (15x7). 6 mountain bikes are available, as well as a portable barbecue (on request). Cooking lessons and tours of the cellar with wine tasting are available. Internet point available at the reception. Parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Baby-bed availableCentral heating.
ACCOMMODATION: (100 m2) Gr. fl.: living room with double divan bed and kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 double bedroom with a high window, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with shower (suitable for disabled persons) . 1st fl.: 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower. Spacious private and equipped loggia.
LOCATION: 8 km Figline Valdarno (with all kinds of shops and railway station from where you can reach Florence in 15 minutes), 5 km horse riding, 12 km golf course, Greve in Chianti (8 km), Florence and Siena (30 km), Arezzo (40 km).
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
