Our farm is located in the heart of the region of Chianti Classico near Greve, looking out over Montefioralle, a splendid medieval village, in an untouched natural setting. It is on the top of a hill (1400 feet above sea level) with a magnificent 360 °view.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Cribcan be provided.
• Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 10:00AM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
