Air-conditioning is not necessary because of the huge walls of the unit which keep temperature inside cool. Outdoors areas include a roomy terrace by the pool, stream gazebos in the vineyard, relaxing area with hammocks by the stream and a playground for kids.

Payment Details
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided. • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM. • Dogs and Cats are allowed. • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM. • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of Euro 9.00 per hour. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
