    Washing machine in the common laundry. Shared barbecues are available. Air-conditioning is not necessary because of the huge walls of the unit which keep temperature inside cool. Outdoors areas include a roomy terrace by the pool, gazebos in the vineyard, relaxing area with hammocks by the river and a vineyard with trekking walks.

    Payment Details
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 30%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
