Peace and quiet. Shared garden that is enclosed. Barbecue. DISTANCES: 500 m from the sea, 15 km Castiglione della Pescaia (all kinds of shops) and Grosseto, 20 km the Etruscan necropolis of Roselle, 60 km Massa Marittima, 75 km the thermal baths of Saturnia.

(accessed by a small equipped loggia): living room with fireplace, kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, dishwasher), WC (washbasin, no bidet), walk-in cupboard. 1st fl.: 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower. Washing machine in the owner's garage. Outdoor shower in the garden. Modern and comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
