    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 15 or more days prior.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 26 stay.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 9:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 40 per stay will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of on request.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
