Spacious equipped outdoor area at the guests' disposal. Swimming pool (5x8) shared with the owners. The owner speaks English, French and German. Parking. DISTANCES: 10 km Saturnia (grocery shop, hot spring), 22 km Manciano (various shops), 55 km from the beaches of the Maremma and from other famous localities such as the Argentario, Talamone, Parco dell'Uccellina (natural park). Nearby are the cities of Pitigliano and Sovana with Etruscan archeological sites.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
