DISTANCES: 400 m distance sea, within a 2 km radius: small harbour, beaches where you can hire deck-chairs etc, tennis, swimming-pool, sailing and wind-surfing schools, 18 hole golf course, 20 km away is Castiglione della Pescaia.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining-room (TV) with access onto two equipped terraces (each 20 m2), kitchenette (dishwasher, washing machine), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room, 1 single bedroom with extra bed, 1 bathroom with shower, WC (no bidet). Simple furniture. Telephone for Incoming calls only. Central heating. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
