Pleasant outbuilding that overlooks the gulf of Punta Ala, one of the most exclusive seaside resorts on the Tuscan coast. Peaceful position, broad and very pretty view of the sea. Beautiful, equipped terrace of 21m2, as well as a small sloping lawn. Approx. 20m below is the roof of the owner's villa which has a reserved access and parking space.A coverd parking within the grounds ( euro 50/week ) . DISTANCES: 1.5 km the sea with beach and rocky shore, 1 km the tourist harbour of Punta Ala (shops, bank, golf course, tennis courts and sailing school), 20 km Castiglione della Pescaia and Follonica (all kinds of shops), 40 km Massa Marittima.
ACCOMMODATION: (55 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room with 2 divan beds, kitchen corner with built-in counter (washing machine, dishwasher) and access to the terrace with sea view, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Private access to the outbuilding. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
