ACCOMMODATION:
1st fl.: spacious living/dining-room with fireplace and double divan-bed, leading onto a terrace (10 m2), kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath and shower. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Telephone. Central heating.
LOCATION: 500 m bus stop, 1.5 km Montemassi (food shops), 25 km to the north of Grosseto and 35 km from the beaches at Castiglione della Pescaia.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
