Villa (130 m2) situated amid the Mediterranean vegetation of Punta Ala, a tourist resort characterised by its sport facilities such as its golf course, horse riding, tennis, sailing schools and its renowned tourist harbour. Peaceful position. The house is surrounded by a private, fenced-in garden with trees with a large equipped portico with kitchen corner (dishwasher) and barbecue. One side of the house borders another house and they share the same wall. Covered parking for three cars.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room (Satellite TV) with fireplace, kitchenette (oven, freezer), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Basement fl.: living room with double divan bed and access to the outside, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Modern style furniture that is reasonably comfortable. Central heating. Baby-bed available.
LOCATION: The sea is approx. 300 m away, 500 m from the tourist harbour, 5 km various shopping centres, approx. 20 km Castiglione della Pescaia and Follonica, approx. 40 km Massa Marittima.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
