Equipped terrace (90 m2) (outdoor shower, barbecue) with views of the sea reaching from the Talamone Gulf to Orbetello and also of the town. Condominium swimming pool (5x10) (15/6-15/9). Access to the house along a series of stairs. Parking space in a reserved garage.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl. (entrance from a 60-stair stairway): living/dining room (TV) with fireplace, divan bed, kitchen corner (oven,
freezer, dishwasher) and access onto the terrace, 1 double bedroom with WC (WC, washbasin, bidet), 1 twin bedded room, 1 single bedroom with access onto the terrace, 1 bathroom with shower. Washing machine. Reasonably comfortable modern furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available. Air conditioning.
LOCATION: 1.5 km from the beaches. 14 km Porto Ercole, 55 km the thermal baths of Saturnia, 150 km Rome.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
