Charming house (150 m2) situated on a rock with a sheer drop down to the sea and built on the remains of an ancient Roman mausoleum adjacent to the Torre (tower) di Talamonaccio which is now lived in by the owners of the house and it is approx. 100mt away. From the covered and equipped terrace you can enjoy a panoramic view that reaches as far as Monte Argentario and the island of Giglio. The descent to the sea leads to a small beach. Set in 7 hectares of land within an enclosed and well tended garden with lawns and forest in an archeological area, the property will enable you to enjoy your holiday in total relax no matter what season of the year. A small outdoor jacuzzi pool for 6 (2.20x2.20mt) with heated water is available and to be paid on the spot (Euro 350 per week). The owner occasionally uses a small apartment that is completely independent and adjacent to the house. Covered parking. DISTANCES: 3 km Fonteblanda (all kinds of shops), 6 km Talamone (swimming pool, horse riding), 20 km Monte Argentario, 55 km Terme di Saturnia (hot thermal springs).

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
